  • Created a new marketing and design strategy for market re-entry
  • Introduced a new e-commerce platform, focussing on the use of a revamped asset and inventory management system via Shopify leading to increased website usability, transaction security and allowing for collection of sales data
  • Implemented a customer relationship management tool (Hubspot) to allow for a transparent and easy way to support and track our customers, prostaff and warranty claims. This allowed the majority of warranty claims to be closed within 48 hours (over an 80% improvement)
  • Developed and maintained various promotions to support our partners, dealers and prostaff throughout the fishing season
  • Improved logistical supply chain for greater efficiency - decreased shipping
